Carhartt Men's High Visibility Force Short Sleeve Class 2 Tee,Brite Lime,XX-Large

This is the best Hi-Viz shirt for big guys I’ve found. Worth every penny. I’ve bought every other Hi-Viz shirt you can and the reflective tape around the belly area is always way too tight (for a big guy). The design of this shirt is superior and has plenty of room around the belly area and everywhere else without being too long. The material is also pretty light and comfortable for those hot summer days.

I purchased this shirt for night time work in the summer. I wanted the shirt loose, for air flow as previous shirts made me perspire arround the reflective stripes. This shirt is very good at wicking away the perspiration arround the reflective strips and the shirt as a whole. The segmented reflective strip design is far superior for comfort while maintaining safety concerns inherent in this class 2 safety shirt.The material of the shirt is high quality, that one can see upon first examination. The larger than expected size works very well for the over all comfort and working experience wearing this shirt and should be considered a benefit. I ordered 2 more of these shirts after arriving home.

Definitely a great shirt and not cheap made. I bought a few of these and only one has had a hem unravel about 4 inches on the sleeve a bit but otherwise takes a lot of abuse in one week. Reached out to Carhartt in regards of this issue and they are taking care of it promptly. As for stain resistance it's not it's strongest point but it does resist most. I work in the petroleum field so not a lot resists the stuff I work around and come to expect that. We even kill petroleum resistant gloves in a single day if that give you a better picture of how rough we are. Overall I would would recommend this shirt but price point could be a little better.

Shirt does fit a bit big but not baggy. Enough room to move and be comfortable at the same time. Length is just right about the bottom of your back pockets. And the broken reflection line don't bind up like others they actually move with the shirt.

I am an avid Carhartt customer, but this fails the test. After 2 weeks of wearing the threads are pulling up along the waist and chest. Additionally, for a XXL, it fits more like a 3X. I have big shoulders and arms, and am not fat. Usually Carhartt offers shirts for my body type, but I am swimming in this around my stomach. Other than that, the fabric is breathable and nice and the reflective material is awesome. Those are the reasons it gets 3 instead of 1 star.

As a bigger man, I bought the 2XL size and it fits great. The shirt is light weight, breathes easily, and feels comfortable in the 100+ degree summer California sun. As a Railroad worker, we are required to wear specific safety clothing, and this shirt checks all the boxes. I enjoy this style of reflective striping, because the way they adhere it to the shirt, it is not constricting around the belly like a solid stripe of reflective tape sewn on sometimes does on other brands of shirts. I plan to buy more of these shirts
