programmed myself using a KM100 perfectly the first time..been 6 months no issues.

Will not program
Do not purchase. Will not program and you will waste your money paying the dealership for programming that can not be completed.

Programmed by dealer ok, but EMERGENCY KEY DOES NOT WORK
Took to local RAM dealer to program for my 2023 RAM REBEL. It programmed fine. The dealer would not cut the key, he said it would not work. I questioned this, but took to a local hardware store. They cut, and it does not fit. On inspection, the groove running along length of the key is too narrow. I ordered a new NON-OEM key and when it came in, noticed the difference. Took the new blank to the same hardware store, cut, and works fine. When you get the key, if it won't fit into the lock, then no need to get it cut. The new uncut blank would fit into the door lock, the original that came with the key fob would not. That is why the dealer would not cut it, they knew it would not work. So check the key, if it doesn't fit/slide into the door lock, either return, or go ahead and order one that will.
