Q: Any problems with leaking?

No, leaking that I am aware of. I love the cooler.

Q: Is it easy to set up. Is it one unit

It’s one unit & super easy to set up. You have to take the cap off the water bottle on this unlike other units where you just take the sticker off & poke the hose in.

Q: New, no hot water, light stays on and never shuts off. The cold is fine. We tried power cycle & leaving the cold water switch off. Any suggestions? :(

There are switches on the top rear of the unit. Looking from the back of unit. Top left, self cleaning Top center, night light Top right, cooling switch, heating switch. Or refer to page 4 of your manual.
