Remote Control for Bose Solo Cinemate Series II IIGS 1SR 10 & 15 Bose Solo Soundbar 5, 10, 15 with CR2025 Battery

Compared to what came with my sound system, this takes the cake. It seems to be more powerful at angles and distance. It is wider, longer, and heavier than the original control, but that is good. Easier to hold and more visible in the clutter of the coffee table.

Worked right out odnthe box for a very old boss cinemate ii audio speaker & subwoofer combo. Had shelved the unit for many years, finally rearranged things and aetup again only to find the remote was lost.All that was needed is to pull the film tab on the battery and magic - no pairing or programming just worked. 100%

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong one. If yours has to be connected through Bluetooth do not buy this. It does work as of turning it on the volume and the mute but other than that, I still can’t connect it and have to buy a new one.

Bought a Bose Cinemate 15 at the thrift store for $20 but no remote. This one is good quality and worked right out the box. Came with a battery and holder too. Can’t adjust the treble and bass with it but the sound is fantastic.

First, this thing worked right out of the Amazon box!It was inside a small plastic bag with a plastic tab protecting the battery. That's it. Nothing else. There isn't any marking on this except the print for Power, Volume +/- and Mute. I have no idea where it's made although there is a battery with what appears to be a Chinese name on it. No instructions were included.It contains a CR2025 Lithium battery with the name Tianqiu.It has that velvety feel on the top with hard plastic on the bottomThe battery cover is very difficult to take off. NOTE: THIS IS A GOOD THING! If you have kids like mine that sit there and slide a battery cover on/off/on/off for the length of a move, this one will not let them. It is quite fixed and I like that.There is a button on the back that I do not know for certain what it is; perhaps a reset button?All-in-all I would recommend. I think it even works better than the Bose remote I lost as the IR has a wider disbursement pattern (i.e. you don't have to perfectly directly point it at the control box; you can aim in the general direction)

It worked for my Bose CineMate Series II digital home cinema speaker system!

Such a simple product, but this truly saved us from having to replace a very old Bose sound bar (Bose CineMate 1 SR Home Theater Speaker System). We have had that sound system since it was released and just recently our remote for this system failed. Like many companies these days... proprietary products have proprietary equipment that can't really be replaced easily, such as the original remote. We tried other remotes, but there wasn't any syncing codes to program a new remote.This little unit worked perfect! turned on our sound system and then I was able to program the sound system to our apple tv.My only gripe with this is that I feel it may be a bit expensive for such a simple product... but 17 dollars for a simple replacement of a remote versus replacing an entire bose sound system I'll take the 17 dollars any day. Would definitely recommend.
