ho do you change the filter?

Very easy to change the filter. Just unscrew the shower head from the hand held sprayer, remove old filter and replace with new filter. Screw shower head back on and you are ready to go.

Doesn’t fit FEELSO shower-head B0B1WM933Z as described

The media could not be loaded. I ordered FEELSO shower-head B0B1WM933Z and wanted to purchase replacement cartridges. I made sure to read the description above which says that it is compatible with this model as described. However they do not fit at all with the shower-head as shown in pictures/video. I’ve either been sent the wrong filter cartridges and/or shower-head as they are not compatible. The ones which came with the shower-head are a lot smaller as seen on left-hand side. Instant refund request!
