Best investment
I needed a laptop for personal use and went with the Asus after doing some research. I went for the 14” to make it easy to travel.

Slow
Was so slow you couldn’t load anything on it. So we returned it for them to charge us $30.00 for shipping and a restocking fee. Definitely don’t buy from them.

4 GB of RAM really shows.
Not sure why the review was asking for gaming or touch screen. This computer is not good for gaming and has NO touch screen.However, it's very small and keys feel very comfortable - as a writer this is a huge plus.The RAM could really be increased for 2023. The computer had a fit when I tried to install a new Internet browser and Discord at the same time. Can't really handle too many tabs open because of it.All I need it for is writing. So if you need to do basic stuff, internet 1-3 tabs, Word, Excel it should be fine.Absolutely no gaming. The shell of the laptop is very easy to get smeared with fingerprints. Maybe I have greasy hands but I have to clean it A LOT. Still a nice, cheap, laptop. Haven't had an issue with overheat or any heat really. Only had a few issues with the screen quality dropping for some reason. Works well outside.

Outside of it not having a huge amount of storage. This boots fast and always does it’s job

Not satisfied at all
It wont even start after I used it once , the touch pad is horrible, etc. I should have vetted my Purchase more carefully.

We used it twice in the three weeks and then there was a hardware failure. It didn't last long.

Do not buy
So far the worst computer I’ve ever handled in my life. Extremely slow and the battery doesn’t have a good performance, not even decent.
