This is a deal of a product. I was experiencing pains that indicated my gall bladder and liver needed support. I have taken Tudca in two different way. Two in the morning on an empty stomach for a couple a weeks . I feel it helps me immensely, specially bowel movement is not stringy , more solid regular flow. Sorry for the detailed information but I think is of great importance , also lost weight. 7 lbs. I took a week off and noticed the difference, I am back taking them one in the morning and one at night before bedtime on an empty stomach. The most important it lowers my pressure not on the first week , I will recommend to buy them , I will definitely order again .

I ordered this to supplement my vitamins. I do seem to feel better after taking it for a year. My main concern is liver health so that is why I chose tudca as a supplement along with milk thistle.

For me, this is a good product. I believe in preventive care. We are in a world of many, less than helpful chemicals, placed in our food, water, medications, and air. It's very important to keep our bodies able to release toxins to prevent 'dis- ease'. I don't wait for 'issues' to present themselves, I use Tudca about every other month to help my body support the number one organ for cleansing the body. When the liver is working correctly life is good.

I purchased this TUDCA supplement to see if it would aid in re-leaving the discomfort in the gall bladder region of my intestines about 30 minutes after a meal especially meals with fat.I take 1 capsule (600 mg) with breakfast and another with dinner.After about 2 weeks so far I have not had any discomfort after eating so it must be working to remove the sludge in my bile ducts.I will continue to take Tudca on a regular basis for the many benefits I found while researching this product.I Highly Recommend this brand.
