Best Phone for Senior Citizen <3.
I have ordered this for my father. This has big keypad. Build Quality is impressive. This has long battery life. Look was its impressive.

Bad choice of phone for seniors. DO NOT PURCHASE
It is exceptionally difficult to use for seniors. Has an irritating loud tone when being turned on or off. Has a dual sim which clearly is creating problems as on EVERY single call the parties cannot hear each other which is a huge challenge for the elderly. Think hard before you buy this itemUpdate: Following on from the bad review above, the company reached out and asked for a contact (email) so they can further identify problem and chat with me. It’s now been well over 2 weeks and even after I sent them my email address there has been zero communication. This company is a classic reflection of how some companies in India think they can get away with absolutely garbage service and still survive. DO NOT ever purchase this phone. Your after service (if required) will be disastrous.As expected - got a call today from these complete idiots that believe they have an iota of sense about customer service. Won’t get into details but suffice to say their after service was horrendous and never about trying to understand the disastrous UI and UX for an elderly person with no help. They were instead trying to provide solutions for a generic problem and never ever bothered to “listen”. When you have 25 and 27 year old techies trying to explain how easy it is for an elderly person to use a phone - you know you have a problem. DO NOT EVER purchase this phone. There are absolutely zero benefits for an elderly person other than the SOS button at the back.

Bought for my mom, she was very happy with the phone as it is very it easy to use. She can dial the number easily and phone is economical

Voice clarity
the product is being used by my mother who senior citizen aged 90+. Volume to here the voice of other person is low even after setting to highest level. So she finds difficult to hear and request to repeat the sentance again and again to the other person.

Bought for 82 year father . Good look. Big size font buttons & on screen view is large with SOS. Useful basic phone for Old age people who can't use Android phone. Exact look like in pic . Good finishing . Let's see durability of phone and battery.
