Tastes Great
This tastes like what tuna should taste like. No canned tuna smell. Makes great tuna salad. Low water content - more actual food. Looks appetizing and fresh. Finally a canned tuna that isn't cat food quality. Thank you Safe Catch for offering a high quality product that is healthy. Why not 5 stars - just a bit expensive :)

Like the old days
You might have noticed in the last 10-15 years that the major brands seem to be slipping in their tuna products with lots of smaller pieces and shreds. This product is solid with big chunks and tastes better than most commercial grades today. Costs more, yes, but you get what you pay for. No way around that.
