works good for reducing triglyciride
I took it for 2 month continuously and my triglyciride dropped from 180 to 100.Please note you might also need to do these:1. Control sugar/carbohydrate(rice/roti) intake, increase vegitable/salad/fruits. I will say start replacing roti/rice slowly with vegitable/salad/fruits.2. Daily excercize(40 minutes walk as minimum), depends on your age/strength do more3. Daily yoga to reduce stress. This might be slow but impactful.4. Use very little oil(keep changing like mustard oil, sunflower, etc)5. most important : be happy, have good 8 hour sleep6. Stop eating animal meat and increase fish if you are non vegitarian.Note: be careful if your liver is weak, consult ayurveda doctor before taking.
