(husband) Ive used it in a couple of games of basketball and it has yet to roll down or come off. My elbow feels tight and secure. without the brace my nerve pain in the elbow area is tremendous. I luv that it is flexible for the basketball movements of shooting and dribbling.

I would give this brace five stars except for two reasons: one the "top" side has three dimensional stitching, like ribbing that leaves painful imprints in the skin after i wear it for several hours. Two the brace has two pads sewn into to give pressure where it is needed. They would make it worth the price alone but the pads have little bumps on them which also leave imprints in the skin.Otherwise its a great brace. the strap gives addition tension when you want it.

It runs really small. I measured my arm and even sized up and it is so tight I can't use it. I like that it has the Velcro to make it more snug if needed, but it's so tight anyway that I can barely bend my arm even without using the Velcro strap.

I ordered the largest size, but couldn't even get it to cover my elbow! It was no help to me at all.
