Sent a phone that didn't work
Shipped a phone that was bad out of the box. We were then required to pay for return shipping, on their broken item, that they shipped broken. You owe us $17.

The phone was bought for a backup. For the price it’s a good phone. Maybe a good phone to buy your kids or something. Pretty slow as far as today’s heavier apps are concerned. You won’t be playing any high end games but you’ll get your calls and texts just fine! :)

Bought to use with Verizon bc it said it was verizon compatible. It was not.
