Good product , need better results

The collar was not only hard to use but while trying to tighten the collar it snapped and was no longer usable. I would not recommend buying this product.

We have only had this product for about 3 days. Getting the collar to tighten took my husband really pulling hard. I couldn't budge it past about 3 notches. I don't know how effective this product will be over the next 4 months but we are on day 3 and still rocking the fleas. Bought both dog and cat collars in this brand. Update: 2 weeks and the collars just do not work at all.

The product is flimsy and breaks easily. Last 1 day.

They need to come with better instructions because I ended up breaking both collars because I couldn’t figure out how to maneuver the collar. The directions were very confusing. I lost out on my money for this product. Not sure if they work or not because I didn’t get to put on my cat.

I bought this brand for my cats and it doesn’t work at all. We washed our cats and put them on and it only lasted about a few weeks and we washed our cats again and all the fleas was just hanging around the head and alive. They move to the collar but don’t die. Will try something new next time.

The first issue I had with this product is that the band did not properly fit into the female end on the collar. I had to carve out the buckle so it would properly fit. My next issue is that the collars break away system failed when the collar got stuck in my cats mouth. I left two fingers of space between my cat and her neck as instructed, but she still managed to choke on the collar. She’s really dumb, so it’s not a surprise, but the break away portion failed, and I had to cut the band off of her with a pair of scissors. From start to finish the product was a pain in the butt. I will not be buying it again .
