Amazing 👏
We have had a wonderful experience with these RC cars and the provider! When we had an issue with one car, they took care of us, had amazing customer service and sent a replacement. Hard to find good customer service in this day and age and theirs was superb. My kids love these! They have spent hours and hours playing, tearing them apart, putting them back together and driving again for hours. Very happy with these and the durability is good for how hard my boys have been on them!

Good customer service
Excellent customer service. Emailed them looking for a replacement part and Kenny took care of us. I will say it would be nice to have a parts schematic and ability to purchase replacement parts. Not sure if that is possible with this particular RC car. Some details about the car itself - speed is great, seems pretty durable. Just try not to slam it into curbs or jump off stairs a lot as the plastic will eventually break. Definitely not an off-road RC, and meant for the street or packed dirt roads/ surfaces. This thing goes into grass and pretty much stops. Not bad though for the price point and for an 8 year old beginner RC car.

Attention to details
I purchased a red car in Dec 2024, then the yellow one May 2025. Had an issue where my grandson messed up the charger cord for both, so I sent an email to the company, and asked if they could replace them. It says free 12-months warranty extended. They immediately sent me two new chargers + battery packs in the mail, plus, and extra one if either of those gets broken. My grandson loves the cars/trucks and plays with them all the time, so we have to keep the batteries charged! :-)

Smaller than expected
8 year old says: Smaller than expected. Nice car though and very fast. Spins out easily.

Great RC! Fast and built great
Bought this for my brother and he absolutely loved it. Apparently so does my dog as she chases it constantly. Entertainment for me and exercise for her. This thing it fast and made extremely well. A great starter RC for those youngins or even adults

Control was poor
Went fast, definitely need to have only on road, does not work very well in grass it got stuck and had to go get unstuck, and the steering was all or nothing kind of deal when you turn there was no give turned the wheels all the way. Control was poor because of this.

Super Fun Trucks!
These RC trucks are amazing and so is the customer service! The steering mechanism broke on one (probably due to a crash, nothing to do with the truck) and they replaced it for free! Within 2 days I was racing again! These trucks are fast, solid, and super fun!
