How to Draw Everything

Great for adults too, I’ve always wanted to be able to draw and this book breaks it down into nice detailed but relatively easy steps!

Actually, this is a great book for any age, though it's marvelous for a kid. All instructions are clear, and my grandson loves it. The only thing that is a drawback at all is the sheer size of the book. It does have "everything" and that makes it heavy. I think if it were spiral bound, that would be a plus, or if divided into smaller books of a set, that would be better. But overall, a terrific book.

Very nice book with great examples of how to start with basic shapes, build on those shapes and add detail. My granddaughter loves it.

For a more advanced artist that's looking for something else to draw this is probably okay, for a beginner it suffers from not enough steps. Start with a circle, then a sketch of the completed object is shown, followed by a finished drawing. Little to no written or other instruction. Pity.

Made well and has so many choices of fun things to draw. We bought it as a gift for our 8 year old grandson. His mom was impressed!

This is a nice book for begining drawers. I bought it for my kids and they like it. It has a good variety of projects to keep the young illustrator busy.

Purchased for my 7 year old but had to order one that was a little easier for her to follow.

A great present for a very artistic 7 year old Grandson. The degree of difficulty progresses throughout the book and will grow with him instead of him outgrowing it.

L'auteur décompose à chaque fois les étapes principales non seulement pour la partie dessin mais donne à chaque fois des conseils et repères adaptés pour réussir le modèle proposé. Cet ouvrage, digne d'une encyclopédie est très bien structuré : Sommaire en début de livre comportant 9 chapitres et index à la fin de l'ouvrage qui regroupe 256 pages magnifiques avec les conseils judicieux pour progresser efficacement. Vous l'aurez compris, ce livre tient une place majeure dans ma collection ! Un bijou !
