It works great! Only problem is that it’s weak from the upper and lower biting sides. It works better when bitting from the right and left side's. This product can be improved from manufacturer. By switching the the biting sides around. Check out the photos. I been biting on the right and left sides. No rip or anything! 😃

I’ve been using them for almost 2 months, I’ve noticed a big difference in my face and neck.They are a very useful tool for helping to bring blood to the front area of your head.I really like to use them on long drives and when I exercise.They are cheaply made, two pieces of silicon glued together, all three got torn along the seam. Also they can get weak where your teeth make contact.All in all I think it’s a good product because of the impact it’s had on helping me to develop my facial muscles. I will buy these again
