I just received my package of the four cans of Similac advance, two out of the four cans were busted open with the Contin spilled all around the box and missing their lids. Obviously those two containers are no longer safe to feed my baby. I tried to contact customer support and it was An absolute joke the only options were to place an order or inquire about her awards program even when I pressed zero. When I go on Amazon to see what my options are all I can do is return it for a refund. We are in the middle of a Formula shortage and I don’t have any of my babies formula at our local Walmart so I had to get it off Amazon I don’t have the time to wait for a brand new package. This is such a slap in the face in the middle of tough times and then something like this happens it’s absolutely devastating.
