The product is really awesome e.g model , design, make , the taste of the water is very nice after filtration also the kinsco service team and the person visited at my home for installation are very much polite and cooperative in nature. I have reall made a wise and worthy descision after making this purchaseI am very happy for this purchase from Amazon, the make and model is also very nice the material used is tough plastic body which make the RO filter more attractive Thank you amazon and kinsco. additional I have also purchased the tds meter which worth rs. 300 it helped me to know the tds level of the water coming in my house and after filtration now u am able to drink healthy fresh and pure water this purchase of mine has really made my dream come true I believe that within this price range this purifier is way better than other trusted brands.

Best water purifier with lot features with this price range, even you can compare with 15k-20k branded water purifier.2. Tank fills in 30min.3. Installation happened in the same day when the product delivered and Technician was very polite and installed on time.4. TDS set to 40 after using this water purifier.5. Indicator for Tank fill, power on/off and filter.6.I am giving this review after using 1month of this product and I haven't face any issue.

Total product is good for in this price segment but no copper elements in this product only plastic filters available in the purifier not much good but okay water test also okay TDS levels is okay, insulation also easy I observed small motor sound water smell not identified but oral product is easy to installation. But service is very bad, no extra filter

I would like to bring to your attention the issues I have been facing with the service provided by the company. I lodged a complaint regarding the sudden stoppage of the filter, and was told that a technician visit would cost ₹400, but the parts including SMPS, Motor are covered under warranty. However, when the technician visited, he asked for ₹700 for a replacement as he claimed the company wouldn't courier the replaced product. After contacting customer care, they initially agreed to pay the replacement amount to the technician's G-Pay number, but later stated that it was out of their budget. They assured me that they would courier the SMPS directly, but it has been 1 month and I have not received anything. The company is unresponsive to calls or messages, and the quality of their service and materials used in the filter are disappointing, with the motor being excessively loud.
