That’s the first thing my tablet complained about when connecting it to it, although not a deal breaker for me.The rotating plug was a good idea as well. That way you can orientate it the way you like, or in a way to avoid this multi-plug from blocking other still available ones in the same area. The maximum current the USB ports can deliver together is 3.4 Amps. That means, when you plug multiple USB devices to charge, this total will be shared among all of them, and not 3.4 Amps by port. Maximum watts supported by this device is 2500W for 10 Amps.Overall, and except the fast charging not available with this unit, I am very happy with that multi-plug block and for its performance as well as design, which definitely make it a five stars product for me 👍🏻

If you're going on a cruise this is a must. Was able to charge phones, tablets, ear buds,and portable chargers

this item has many outlets and USB outlets. it does what it is intended to. the only problem I had was that it wouldn'tstay in the socket due to the number of plug-ins used and one somewhat heavy lug. I did manage to adjust so now it is working quite well

We bought this product for use on a cruise ship. The plugs are limited in the room, so this is perfect for charging your USB and USB-C devices. I didn't even have to pull out my extra USB charging hub.We only experienced one issue when trying to use all of the USB plugs at one time to charge 2 phones, watch and iPad. I think the 3.4A is a hard limit and it does not even the power to limit the pull. the good thing, it did not pull extra power and blow the charger, but it would trip and stop charging causing the phones turn off and on as the power would turn off and on. We just limited the number of items we charged at a time and didn't have to worry about changing the plugs.we did not plug a hair dryer into it since it is listed as a 1700J plug and most dryers are rated for 1875J. I would not recommend using this plug to for items that draw a lot of power but it is definitely our new go to device for traveling.

I use this in my kitchen and now I don't need an extra extension chord with outlets taking up space and looking cluttered. Very handy anywhere you put it.

Our RV has a lot of 110 outlets, but only 3 USB ports. The USB ports are low wattage and even something as easily charged as a Fire tablet takes hours to get to 100%. This is great for extending the number of outlets in one area and providing a charging station. Devices charge much quicker.

Better than expected. I needed extra outlets on a wall outlet with 2 plug ins and 2 light switches on the plate. The space available for the outlet box was limited but the pivoting design of this extender worked perfectly plus the USB-A and USB-C ports are a great bonus feature.
