Hi SusanSmittybilt part # 9085235 is a replacement soft top for a Jeep originally equipped with a soft top. If you have a soft top now this would be a replacement and all the old OE hardware would be reused. I have a 2012, its a little "snug" but fits nicely

It fit my 2011 which is the same as 2008. In 2014 Jeep added assist springs to the frame, but the cloth didn't change.
