VERY Bright, Nice Case, Doesn't Overheat, but BE CAREFUL
The media could not be loaded. ↓ Pro Tips at the bottom ↓First off, this is a bright boy. At 100% it's AS BRIGHT as my two brightest panels combined, and it has a much better spread. It has an aluminum body with vents on the top and bottom, and all the controls are on the back. It's really really simple all things considered, if you've used any other GVM lights you don't need the instructions, and honestly if you're like under 30 you also probably don't need them, it's literally two buttons and a dial. I keep mine set to like 5000K-5500K, it's a nice warm white tone that gives me great color and fantastic brightness because both the warm and cool LEDs are engaged near their max brightness.I'm not personally a fan of the new stand type - I understand the appeal of the stands that turn inside-out to collapse, but it's not my cup of tea. To be clear the stand is fine, I just use my own instead. I have an old Interfit stand with a four-foot wide base, it's impossible to knock it over - that's important on my sets because I work with amateurs and bands a lot and not everyone is... careful...Anyway, I have literally no complaints about the capabilities of the light, it's absolutely sick. I need to pick up two more of these ASAP, I could set them up across the room from my YouTube set and be lit without getting sweaty.PRO TIPS:1. It sounds obvious, but if you put the big softbox on the front, it makes it WAY less steady, it's super easy to knock it over if you don't line up the light with one of the feet of the lightstand. I personally use a muuuch wider lightstand that I already have, but if you don't have that option consider getting a sandbag or something similar.2. The power brick isn't HEAVY, but it's not especially light - it's enough to "pull" on the light if you don't secure it. I tied a little loop/knot in the thin part of the cord and I hang that on one of the knobs of the light stand, that way when I raise/lower the stand the power brick never pulls down on the light. The "thick" part of the cord is plenty long to reach an extension cord or wall outlet.3. VERY IMPORTANT - the lamp angle is adjustable (duh), but there's knobs on both sides of the lamp and the little pivot points have TEETH so it cannot be adjusted if the knobs are tightened. If one knob is tight and the other is loose, it won't move, and you'll probably break it if you forget that. But, it's beneficial in a way because you can leave one loose while you're setting up and then it's easy to quickly adjust your light angle, but then you can tighten both so it doesn't move at all once you've found the perfect angle. But yeah, great light, 10/10 intend to definitely buy again! Good luck out there!

Good Strong Light
An excellent light that's simple to use. I caught this one on sale and am pleased with the light quality. It rivals some of its competitors at a great price. As for the bundle, the stand is kind of flimsy and don't recommend using it for this light. The soft box is also smaller than I wanted and is tedious to setup and take apart but otherwise works well. I've been using the hell out of this light and am very satisfied with this purchase.

Extremely bright and half the price of the Aputure 300x
The media could not be loaded. I had just discover to get the brightest setting you'd have to use this light at 5100k which makes sense since it's between the 2700k bulbs and the 7500k bulbs in the LED.This is an amazing light from GVM that is extremely powerful and useful when I am on set shooting content for my real estate clients. Within my video I have use cases on where I've use this 300w LED on set.Of course this 300w LED is a direct competition to the 300x by Aputure which is also a 300w Bi Color LED video light. This particular light is super color accurate and renders skin tones very well without having to change and shift the white balance. One thing I haven't mention in my video overview is that the package came with addtional an lightstand and softbox. This light boasts over a 100,000 lux rating which is insanely bright. I haven't used this against the sun but I know for sure when I use this LED on set I have a lot of wiggle room to play with. The bi color nature of this LED makes it versatile where I don't have to carry addition color gels and it allows me to shoot in any lighting condition inside where I can match the colors of the environment.I haven't mention on my video overview that the power brick is much lighter and smaller than the Aputure 300x light and that also meant that the carrying case is much more compact too. I'm not a fan of the included light stands but they work I suppose however I would never trust it with this 300w led with a giant softbox. With the price of these lights it gives a lot of options for us indie filmmakers and I have been a fan of GVM for a while now since I've own a few of their lights. This being one of the strongest. The build quality is solid and robust I really don't have any complaints as the hinges work very well. Overall this is a solid 300w bi color LED that I would definitely recommend having in your arsenal. Very affordable option considering the power.

Awful customer service.
Received a faulty unit and GVM didn't seem to care when I contacted them so immediately returned via Amazon.
