Fundamentals of Carrier Transport 2nd Edition

If you are serious about learning carrier transport in semiconductor, this is THE book to start. Very detailed derivation of equations is presented in the book. However, preliminary knowledge of quantum mechanics is assumed. This is a tough book but it is rewarding.
