*Update* They emailed back couple weeks after. They sent me bolts BUT I had to pay for shipping. LAME.Purchased this burner to replace an old cast iron table top burner that fell and broke. I love that the burner is inset into the frame so that it blocks the wind. The valve is very easy to adjust to get the flames set just right. I used the burner to heat up a 10 gallon pot of water for scalding chickens for defeathering. It heated the water much more quickly than the last burner we had. I also love the wok ring provided. I have a huge Cantonese wok I’ve been looking forward to using. The only issue I have is that this looks like a return. It has oil spilled all down one side (photo) and the hardware was in a ziplock baggie (photo). It’s also missing 4 bolts that screw the burner to the frame (photo). I don’t want to go through the hassle of a return since I don’t use this item everyday BUT I did reach out to maker for the bolts and will update when/if I receive email back.

As the title says, it work very well. Once you get it adjusted to your liking, it will continue to perform at a level you expect. Absolutely perfect for cooking with a Wok. I seasoned a 14in Babish (would recommend) wok, I can't believe how great it came out. Do yourself the favor and just buy this you won't be disappointed. You'll also need a 5/8 and 3/4 inch wrenches to attach the hose.

Just about everything on this unit is a bit off/not square, including the riveted Concord logo. :(Out of the box:One of the screws holding the manifold was missing and another was half threaded in.The unit feet didn’t sit flat (sanded them to correction).One of the manifold tabs was severely bent (see pic). And the whole manifold was way out of level (half inch at least). Bent and used a hammer with a wooden block to level it up.First fire shows big pieces of the powder coating flaking right off as well.But it seems very sturdy now that it’s in place and pumps some serious heat. So would I call this “professional” grade? Nope. But it’s by no means junk or flimsy.There’s another review showing making modifications to the ring. That’s not where the ring goes.. it’s a wok/pan holder that goes on the top and fits fine.
