Got these for me and some buddies to use when off-roading and or camping and I love them, great quality and sound from these radios. Would gladly buy more if the time came to replace the current ones.

One of the radio did not work. How can I return a single radio or get a replacement for it

Great product, highly recommended

We have purchased these radios on at least three separate occasions, the most recent of which was five months ago. We have had four of them fail, usually because they will no longer transmit or no longer receive. I wrote a complaint and was asked to respond via their website. Very disappointed to have not heard back. Also, we are a golf course and the strength of signal and effective range could be better, as there are zones where the communication is difficult if not impossible. Our layout is not that expansive. I guess we'll be looking for something more reliable.
