I can swallow a capsule better than a tablet. Vitamin C is so good for your body and Andrew Lessman's products are the best.

Love the smaller size capsule! Too many capsules are way too big. We are not horses. And all his vitamins can be mixed with juice or water to consume by opening the capsule if you can’t swallow capsules at all.

Anything Andrew lessman makes in vitamins is very good. Been using them for years. You can take all of them at one time and they don't hurt your stomach
