Nice sink but don't delay checking under the packaging.
The 2nd sink was great. The 1st one I ordered had to be returned due to damage on all four corners of the sink flange that must have occurred in the factory since the factory packaging showed no signs of damage. The sink bowls are much deeper than most other sinks which was a feature I was looking for. The brushed stainless steel looks really nice. The template for the countertop cutout was easy to use and accurate. Just wish the 1st sink had been OK. It would have saved me two weeks of waiting.

Looks nice.
Poor packaging. One corner was bent but was able to use.

Well made
Because of the square design, it seems deeper than 9 inches. I am able to put our huge stockpot in it and still have clearance. We parked it with a beautiful faucet and soap dispenser that made it complete. The clips are confusing, and unless your sink opening has a very tight lip, you won't be able to secure them. I'd suggest putting them in place while the sink is out and taping them down with the blue stuff so the don't move when installing the sink. Besides knowing that you have to be in close quarters, it was a pretty good install. The disposable dropped on the hubby's finer and some choice words were shouted, but all in all I love everything about it! It's a thick grade stainless and has sound dampening buffers in each of the corners. Super well made for under $210! Beautiful!

Atrocious packaging - 2 sinks arrived damaged
First off, the quality of this sink seems to be great...the 18 gauge stainless steel is very heavy duty and the design of the sink is fantastic (I love how it looks). In those regards, it looks just like a sink from any of the big box name brands that cost double the price. As far as quality/long term durability is concerned, I can't speak to that since I was not able to install either of the two sinks I ordered (one being the original, the second being a replacement). The first sink I ordered arrived badly damaged. The left hand side of the top flange was completely caved in and badly deformed. It looked like the sink had been either dropped from a tall building or jumped on. It was very poorly packaged. Literally just dropped into a cardboard box loose...no foam, no sealed air, no other protective cardboard. Just rattling around loose in a cardboard box.The second (the replacement) didn't fare much better. It arrived packaged a little better (this time with some foam and cardboard protection), but it was also damaged in transit. The right front part of the flange was badly bent in and nicked, almost as if it were dropped before shipping. Neither of the sinks were salvageable. Thus, I am stuck with one damaged sink I can't use, another I have to take to the UPS Store to return, and still needing a new sink. I went ahead and just bought a new Kohler sink from Home Depot. It was pristine when I took it out of the box.Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy local. At least you can return the sink easily if you need to.

Nice and deep, some design flaws
Good price, good steel, nice and deep, and quiet, with one significant design flaw: The divider between the bowls runs flat along the top, onto the front and rear flanges. This means that any water on the divider will flow to the rear of the countertop, or the front. My fix was to put a small band of epoxy across both ends of the divider. Scuff sand, wipe with alcohol, make a one and a half inch by 1/8 in epoxy snake out of kneadable gray epoxy. It actually looks kind of cool, would post a picture but the app is not functioning for that.

excellent customer service
the first one i ordered came banged up and they replaced it so swiftly, no if ands or buts about it. in case you are wondering THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT COME WITH SINK CLIPS/ TIE-DOWNS . I couldn't find an answer prior to purchase. Now for the actual review, the sink IS stainless steel, even a neodymium magnet does not stick. Black, however, is a strech, most definitely a dark grey. still looks beautiful in that space and deep
