What company provides the Analysis for the WIX Oil Analysis kit as I know WIX does not do that?

WIX does the test. It was really easy just ship it to them in the box they send it to u in. They mail u the results. Maybe it's not WIX on other fluids but on 15w40 it is. Plus  got mine thru complete filtration rather then Amazon. You see them on alternate buying choices. No minimum purchase of $25  and they are cheaper when you add the shipping and product price up.

Question 2

Got the tubing with no pump.  Not draining oil so need advice on how to get oil out of engine (do i really have to suck on the tubing?)

You can also use it to change your oil.

I want to check a Diesel engine and a manual transmission that does not get very much use. Will thatvwork

Yes, I check my Diesel engine oil frequently with this service. You can submit samples of Engine oil (Diesel or gasoline), Transmission fluid, Differential fluid, gear box oil, hydraulic oil etc. Of-course you need a separate Wix Kit for each sample. If you plan to pull your Diesel sample through the Oil dipstick tube you will also need the little pump Wix # 24290. You can always just collect it when draining the oil while doing an oil change, however, one primary purpose is to test the oil to see if it needs to be changed so I recommend using a pump to collect the oil every 3,000 miles and if the analysis shows its time for a change than change the oil. Regardless of testing I would not go any longer than 6,000-7,000 miles on any newer EGR/DPF diesel engine such as the Ford Powerstroke 6.0, 6.4 or 6.7 or the newer 6.7 dodge or whatever the newer chevy is as fuel does get into the crankcase with these systems period.Also note there are 2 US locations and 2 Canadian locations to send the sample, these are actually ALS Laboratories and I have been having good turn around times with the Portland location. The kit comes with an outer container with the collection sample container and instructions/fill-out sheet inside. I actually use a little box when shipping it ground to the lab and have had good luck with FedEx ground.

What is the  resaults time once it get to lab ?

Without looking at the paperwork, I believe there are different labs to send to depending on your location. Distance to the lab, speed of ahipping, etc will all play a part. Having said all that, I believe I had email results in 2-3 weeks.
