Keeps cold long term
Great quality. The zipper is a bit hard to use but insures a good seal. Keeps everything cold for long term. Light weight. I recommend.

Durable
Love the cooler. It keeps my food cold all day. The zipper is nice , I do use the silicone lube once or twice per month. The storage area is perfect for a main dish , salad, and dessert. It is built to last I had others but they all broke in a few months of use.

Well insulated and durable
This cooler keeps the contents cold longer than any "soft" cooler I've used in the past. The zipper can be tough to manipulate, but that is due to the cooler being completely waterproof and floating. It does come with a tube of lubricant to put on the zipper, and this helps. Sturdy, effective, and at a great price, skip the trendy stuff and stick with RTIC.

Works well but zipper closure kind of a pain
I got this for my husband for father's day. It's the perfect size for us to carry to the pool or beach, and it definitely keeps things cool. I appreciate that it's on the lighter side (like a soft-sided cooler) but is much easier to clean that cooler bags. I'm taking a star off because the zipper open/close isn't smooth. It doesn't catch, you just have to really pull hard, and sometimes you want to just quickly get into the cooler without a lot of effort. I would not buy this cooler again for that reason.

This is a great cooler
We use this cooler to take drinks to friends and families houses for holidays and dinners. It holds a good amount of cans and is tall enough to add things on top. My only negative is the zipper is hard to use and it does come with lubricant but doesn’t make it zip or unzip that much easier.

Zipper Pull
This is a great cooler, I love it, it keeps stuff cool. The only problem is the zipper pull. I bought it August 2, 2023, used it about 6 times and the zipper pull just broke. It is hard to open without the zipper pull. The one the model came with is flimsy. I bought a replacement pull from Amazon it's a Jmoe USA Clippable Replacement T-Latch Zipper Pull and it works fine. Unless Rtic has made changes to the pull don't be surprised if it breaks after a few uses.

The right price for the quality cooler
Cooler is the perfect size that keeps things cool for almost the same as a yeti for Half the price. The quality of the cooler is great and the brand is a good one to show off, if you’re into that. The cooler provides space for the right amount of drinks for two people. However, that depends on what I’m drinking, which I’m never drink more then what the cooler provides (setting limitations). But if you’re a drinker or hangout with a group of friends a lot, then the next size would still be a good buy based on quality.
