Exactly what the description says. Assembly was a little challenging. I would defiantly have the bench in the room you planned on using it in. Everything works like it should.

Very good material

Do not buy this bench. It’s flimsy and can’t support 225 without you worrying about it. The attachments are useless because they have improper range of motion to do what they intended in advertisements. I removed the fly and leg attachments and threw them away

Definitely kinda “ghetto” setup with how some of it is welded, and the material thickness is very thin which kinda makes me feel uncomfortable to stack heavy weight the rack. Even though it says it’s rated for x amount of pounds, that thin square tubing and metal they are using isn’t gonna cut it..The overall build quality is very nice tho, and I would definitely say it’s worth the price for a nice little bench set up.

I am sure these are good quality, but they are made for smaller framed men. I am 6'2" and have a bit of trouble using these because they are too small for me. When I lay down to do bench presses I have almost pinched my hands between the bench press bar and the actual holder because the are too close together. Next time I will opt for a more commercial style machine.

This bench is not only very sturdy for the price, the adjustability is also very nice. The adjustments for curls and leg press work perfectly, and best of all, when folded up it only takes up 1/4 the amount of space! This bench is perfect for beginners as it is simple to adjust, I recommend it for anyone who wants a bench but does not have tons of space in their home. Been using it 4 times a week for the past 4 months and there are no issues so i'd say it's a very good product overall, am happy with it.
