According to the Red Cross, there is a chance for injury to the spinal cord if you actually preform back blows.Note: to make it more interesting lightly install a #8 cork, the obstructions that come with it are very easy get out, the cord makes it more challenging.

It's nice to be able to give a visual to students on how things get stuck. Comes with 3 packs of "chokers" it's like a mini nerf and the students get excited.
