Great product that was a direct replacement for my current unit. Note the specs from your current unit and order the same one so you match the original specs. This saved me the cost of buying a new heater ($250-300) and took me about 15 minutes to replace. Make sure the heating element doesn't touch the inside of the heating tube once it's installed so you don't get a hot spot. Quality product - will buy again if my heater goes (second time in 10 years).

Perfect fit for for my DreamMaker spa. It came with all the hardware and seals. Fingers crossed its the element and not something else.
