They taste delicious! I am going to buy more. They have the right amount of sweet and savory. Doesn’t make a mess and the texture of the bar doesn’t make it taste weird.

These bars have helped my husband digestive system. He can have a snack and not have to worry about running to the bathroom.

Absolutely delicious and doesn’t bother my stomach like so many bars have a tendency to do.

Delicious! I only have two issues with these bars: 1. Too much sugar! I wish this manufacturer would make two forms of each flavor, one for less sugar (around 3 grams would do for me), and one with their normal 7 grams per bar.2. The other issue is that there is only one true unadulterated flavor (with no chemicals or additives of any kind). This leaves those of us who have allergies or will not compromise their body with these toxins a bit short on options. But in the end that's ok because more and more companies are making natural treat bars with low sugar, and high protein bars are being developed on a regular basis. Thanks for listening.

Best bars I ever had for Low Fodmap

I thought these would be more like other protein bars, with some substance to help with hunger cravings. These bars are more like compressed ingredients like rice krispy bars. The ingredients are somewhat dry and the coconut in it is hard to chew completely.Left me hungry, more than anything.
