Sturdy apron for a messy potter!
I'm a really messy wheelthrower.. like REALLY messy, clay everywhere messy. So this apron is perfect, as it pretty much covers everywhere, most notably my thighs that grip the wheel. I'm 5'8 160 lb and i did not find it difficult to adjust to fit perfectly - the string is nice and long and it's easy to fold the torso part over a bit and tie it that way to keep it from being too long. It isn't totally waterproof, so super-wet sludge (ie where it's basically just water) can get through a little bit, but only if it's really soaking. The thick, stiff fabric holds off clay and keeps my clothes from getting messy! I'm glad I bought this because now I can actually go do activities after wheelthrowing without having to run home and change my clothes, haha!

Great product - but it is one size fits all, so I've needed to have it shortened as it is too long.
Good and well made product - ideal for pottery sessions.But one size fits all. It is too long for me, so have had to have it shortened, causing a delay in me using it and additional costs.

Comfortable and high quality!
I’m an absolute mess when I’m at the pottery studio. These have proven just as effective as overalls, but easier to put on and take off (not to mention cooler in the warmer months).

Trusty apron
I've been using this apron in dark green now for a few months. Overall I would recommend and would purchase this again, with a few caveats.Pros:- thick material doesn't allow moisture to seep through easily- handy pockets- long apron length and split leg make it ideal for ceramics practice. The split leg allows you to straddle the pottery wheel and the length protects your pants- I've put this through the washer and dryer several times and it has held up wellCons:- I wish the neck straps were an adjustable strap instead of strings. My hair gets caught in the strings when I'm trying to tie them.- I am slim and have to wrap the strings around to the front of the apron in order for it to fit properly, and they end up getting dipped in the pottery wheel as a result- the thick material means the apron is rather stiff and stays wrinkled
