Doesn't Sell Replacement Blades / Would Rather sell you a new Machine/ Bad Customer Service
The company doesn't stand behind their products. The manual talks about replacing the blades and not using dull blades. So when I can them to get replacement blades, they don't sell replacement blades. Barely two years old and used for residential use, and we don't use them in winter. I can't buy replacement blades. they want to sell you a new one. Won't buy a gain as they don't have good customer service at all.

Love it so much!
Love it! It really makes. My job really easy because it does all the work. Really love cutting up bushes, tree limbs and new growth wild trees. We purchased A few years ago and now we just purchased another 6 of them for family members to use in their own home.

J'ai taillé mes spirées qui avaient des branches assez grosses et je n'ai eu aucune difficulté à les couper sans effort. Vraiment contente du résultat.

Works well. Charges quickly. Too heavy for lots of small branch work, but great for larger branches that are too much for a manual pruner.
