You can't use it if you don't keep practicing. Also, you need to learn how to hold the pen. Overall, it is easier to keep using your mouse.

It paired to the computer as a mouse only. I think it is for an earlier version of Windows like Vista.

The photo makes you think its uses the eraser part to write, when in fact you need to use the other side that doesn’t have the feel of writing with a pen. Garbage do not buy.
