I was so hopeful when I received this yesterday and out off the box the charging function did not work.I then contacted Amazon who shipped me a replacement over night. It's now installed and working.There were some bad reviews that have merit. One, no matter how tight I make the screws it's still not secure. I secured the bar with a small black zip ties. Now it's exactly where I want it to be and it's secure.The second was the battery. I replaced the low grade battery from China with higher end JESSY 18650 batteries bought from Amazon. I don't know for sure but I am hopeful these new batteries will have greater performance and duration.I'm give this fixes a week and update this review.

Very nice product

I love the concept. The product is terrible.-No instructions on how to use-I purchased 1, could not get it to work despite everything I thought to try since there were not instructions. I spoke to the company and they nicely sent me a second 1. They did not troubleshoot anything w/ me.-2nd one, the replacement. The 4 LED lights never lit up, only 3 after being on charger all night. Used it to charge my phone. I have a rapid-charge phone; it charged approximately 1% per hour. After 8 hours of charging I find it odd that the LED lights did not change, do they really indicate anything?-I did not try it on something such as my bike lights-difficult to think that I received 2 defective products, and if so how long would it work if it was not defective?Bottom Line: does not provide enough charge to be of use.

I was so excited to get this from what I can see it's well made just one problem can't get it securely tight on bars it comes with inserts to adjust the space where it wraps around handle bars if the screws were a little longer I could use the rubber thick inserts but can't so I've tried the thinner then a combo of half thick half thin it's doesn't securely tighten around handle bars ..... So know what?.... I can't believe this something like this has to cause a problem, I'm disabled and no car so returning items isn't as easy as hopping in car and driving to USPS.... What a headache over something so easily avoided 🫤

This is where it’s at. Not the most needed accessory, but definitely useful. If ya lookn at it, get it. You see what I’m dealing with and it serves that purpose.

This is a great idea but it only charges my phone 25% from when it is full. There is no way it holds 4000 mAh. Also the cord they send along is the worst thing ever. When I used the charging cord, it didn't keep up with my phone form just being used. I changed to another cord and it was fine. So like most things from China, they use the least expensive parts possible. I love this idea, I just wish they made it with quality in mind rather than using the very cheapest parts. The bracket seems quality.
