Although I prefer reading books on a Kindle for a variety of reasons (e.g., adjustable font size, built in light, easier to travel with), I’ve always missed the feel of holding an actual book while reading. I’ve tried numerous covers over the years, but this is the only one I’ve purchased that comes close to feeling like you’re holding a hard cover book (not perfect, but close enough). As such, if you’re looking for a slim, light cover, this one is not for you as it is somewhat bulky and heavy. I also like how the cover can be adjusted to stand by itself on any flat surface (at several different angles) or folded over to hold by hand. I’ve used it for several months now with no discernible wear and tear, so I’m also happy with the quality. All in all, this is the best Kindle cover I have purchased.

I am very happy with the folding case I bought for my new Kindle, Paperwhite 11th generation. The case did not fit my old, no longer can download on, Kindle. So, make sure you look for generations and types of Kindle before you order a new flip case. This case has a leather inside and a patterned smooth outside. It feels soft on your hands. It folds from bottom to top that makes it easier to hold the Kindle as it is wider than the machine. The case also uses part of the cover to fold out and place your Kindle on a flat top should you want your hands free. Three strips attached to the inside of this side of the cover so you can view the Kindle at different angles. When all folded up, it looks like a regular case. It is not quite 1 inch thick all folded up. The Kindle itself fits into frame on the inside of the folded case so that it does not slip out and shows the whole screen. So far, I like this case for my new Kindle for all of the things described above.

Whenever I get a new Kindle or even an iPad I always look for a stand flip case. It is so easy to read your books for long period when you are not holding it. I use it on my kitchen table, desk, and my lap. I especially enjoy reading in the evening on my lap. This one by Flintie is functional, stable, solid, and pretty. I love this cover design. I have had many cases by Flintie over the years for my various devices and have never been disappointed . The case fits perfectly, with all the cut outs in the right places and the sleep/wake feature works perfectly. It also provides good protection to the screen if dropped.

I bought this as a replacement for my old flip case that was falling apart after years of use. This one seems sturdier. The cover feels as though it has a coating to repel water, which is a good thing IMHO.I bought the blue one with flowers, I will say the actual blue shade is darker and the flowers less distinctive than the picture. So the colors shown aren't true. It's still a pretty design and a functional flip case. Definitely worth what I paid for it, $15.00 I think.

The Pros:This case does exactly what I hoped for. It's well-padded and sturdy with quality construction. It looks like it will hold up to regular use over a long period of time. It fits the 2021 Paperwhite Signature Edition like a glove. I was looking for a case that can be used to stand the Kindle up on a table while reading and it works perfectly as a display stand. The ability to adjust the angle of the Kindle while it's standing is a nice bonus. There is no side-to-side lean like an Origami style case has, and it's very stable while in the standing position.The Cons:The case adds a lot of thickness to the device. I understand that the flip/levering/stand functionality requires additional moving parts and materials that a "standard" book style case doesn't need, but the case makes a pretty tight fit if you're trying to tuck it into your back pocket or coat pocket on the go. The Kindle and case together are almost double the thickness of the Kindle and the "standard" Amazon case.The case does not allow wireless charging. Because the case is so thick, the Kindle must be removed from the case in order to take advantage of the wireless charging capability of the Signature Edition. There is a cutout to allow the USB C cable to be attached for charging.The cover can shift side to side when placed in a bag or pocket. This last item is a fairly specific nitpick, but if you read/listen to your books across multiple devices, it can cause some issues. Because it's so easy for the cover to shift, the magnet that triggers the sleep/wake action will move far enough to wake the device. (The cover only shifts slightly, the screen of the Kindle is never exposed and is always protected) When the Kindle is jostled in a bag, it tends to wake just long enough to connect to the wifi, but not quite long enough to sync to the latest whispersync position. Then, as it's going back to sleep, it updates the whispersync with the Kindle's last read position and overwrites wherever I left off in Audible or on the Kindle phone app.Overall, I would highly recommend this case if you're looking for a case that's durable, easy to hold, and can stand on a table or other surface while reading. Just be aware that wireless charging isn't possible unless the device is removed from the case.

I like to set my kindle on the table and read while I eat meals. I love that this case has a flip stand. It makes reading at the table much easier than having to leave the kindle flat. This case is nice and sturdy. When you close it, it automatically shuts your kindle off. Yes, it is a bit bulkier than other kindle cases, but I still have no problem tossing it into a purse or tote bag if I'm taking it with me on the go or traveling. The selection of designs is limited, but I found one that I could live with (the Galaxy print). It is functional while keeping my new kindle protected. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter when we got kindle readers for Christmas. The fit is perfect so when you order please read the description for your specific reader device. Hers has a stand so she can place it on the table without having to hold it up. It also protects her device because let’s face it-accidents happen and they all aren’t happy. I think this product is worth the money.
