Came as described
It was easy to put together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only tool I needed was a screwdriver or drill. I needed help with someone to hold the roof in place while I screwed the hinges, but other than that, I was able to put it together by myself. I was concerned by the weakness of some of the materials at first but after realizing they are either not meant to support the weight of your animal or you are to add screws for support, I was less worried. After putting it together, I like the look in my rabbit corner. It fits my adult rabbit on the bottom and my two baby bunnies on the top. I had to place a bucket in the doorway in the top to divide the space so the two babies are separated. It worked well tho for now.I'm not sure if I'll stay with this size, when the babies get bigger I may need to purchase a larger size.So far so good, but I just got it today so I'm not getting rid of my bunny cages yet 😉

This is what came to me very poorly made the paint was still damn and everything stuck together
Poor quality they were supposed to refund me I’ve been waiting over a week in a half for the refund they said 2 days and that was over a week ago poor quality. The paint they used was sprayed and underneath the pieces were missed. The pieces don’t line up and you need two people to even try to do it! Very small I would but a hamster in this. A rabbit lmao no mine are small I could imagine regular rabbits in here what kind of life is that? They have a town house this was for babies and it’s to small! The quasars subpar raggedy to be honest and I would never recommend this to anyone so make sure you rethink it it’s small as hell

Cute, petite, kinda cheap.
I assembled this small animal hutch last night after it arrived. We have 2 lop bunnies and I thought this would be a great setup for them. It is however quite a bit smaller than I thought. I should have checked measurements beforehand, but that was my bad. The size works fine for them right now as they are small bunnies but I would not recommend if you have anything larger than a Holland Lop, Dutch or dwarf rabbit as it will become a very tight living space as they grow.Right off the bat, I noticed one of the back panels had a large chip/crack in the wood so hopefully this will not be an issue down the road. A couple of the bags of screws were not labeled properly so I had to do some things twice after I realized the sticker on the bag was incorrect. A minor annoyance but frustrating none the less because I was steps ahead at this point and had to backtrack in order to do it properly. The instructions should absolutely have step 1 be to install the dragonfly handles first because as you are installing the front panels, the doors are swinging open and being a huge pain in the butt. Save yourself some major frustration and do the dragonfly handles first!!Once I got the ramp & trays (floors) in, I noticed there was a space between the ramp & top tray (floor). I followed the directions exactly so I’m not sure if this is just a weird batch or what, but I am concerned our bunnies feet will go through & get caught as they are going up & down. I am going to put a shim in the space to cover it just in case, but that is definitely something that seems unsafe to me. Not sure if that is a design flaw for each of these cages or just the one we got.Once I got the roof installed, I added the locking hinge per the directions, then I couldn’t get the roof to close because the hinge is touching the top & won’t fold down all the way. I redid it twice & gave up. I removed the locking hinge as we will only be using the front panel doors anyway & moved on with my life. Some of the things I do like about this small animal house is that both sides on the front panels open completely so you can get your pet out easily without having to reach around anything or try to coax them to a spot where you can get them. I love that there are two metal trays that have been caulked so you should not have any leaking. The trays that come out on both levels should make cleaning an easier & quicker process. The hutch is very cute and it can be used indoors or outside. We have ours indoors so I’m glad we went with the one with the two trays. So far our baby buns seem happy in it. We do let them roam in a big playpen daily so they get a bit of exercise & hops in & that definitely helps on the happy scale since the setup is on the smaller end.All in all, this is a fairly good setup for the price. I don’t know how long it would last outdoors because the materials are cheap but hopefully indoors it will last a long time.

Flimsy but doable
Not sure I'd pay this much again but it is sufficing. It arrived broken but we were able to fix that. Only intended for a small rabbit or even smaller than a rabbit. We have an extended area for our rabbit for over night because if we closed him in just the hitch it'd be probably very uncomfortable. It did smell a little funny but that went away after we wiped it down! It's a nice little spot if you have a little enclosed area for your bunny if you intend on making it an overnight space for them, but wouldn't recommend without that

Not good for rabbits, horrible design, not designed by people that have rabbits
Assembly wasn't awful but the instructions suck. It seemed fine but then I put bedding in and the drawer is so narrow that you can't pull it out if there is bedding in it, also there should be a wire mesh and then the cleaning pan for an efficient cleaning process so that you don't have to move the rabbit upstairs or downstairs in the hutch. They shouldn't be standing on the cleaning pan ever. It's a horrible design. I wanted something that looked nice but it quickly deteriorated, the rabbits are chewing it instead of their toys and there are no side kick shields to prevent the rabbits from kicking poop out of the bottom of the hutch. I really don't like it and we know that because the rabbits easily broke the door from the upstairs to the downstairs and have chewed the crap out of it in less than a month we can't return it. I regret getting rid of my basic rabbit cages and am going to try to build mesh floors into this one and side kick walls and fix the door.

Easy to put together!
Strong odor when opening the box. Super easy to put together. Only tricky part was the separator between the top and bottom, I didn’t understand how to put the hinges on but quickly figured it out. You will have to make some of your own holes but for the most part it has pre-selected holes. 9/10.

Save your money
This is a terrible design. We bought it for 2 guinea pigs. The drawers are too thin to put much bedding in. Urine runs down the wall from the top cage to the bottom cage, then to the floor. The plastic covering on the drawers scare the guinea pigs because they are noisy when they walk. Just overall a terrible design.

Runs smaller than expected
Easy to put together, looks nice and functions as expected. They are loving having a nice area and being cozy warm using a heat lamp!
