It’s not Ambien but she’s a close second. It makes me feel so loose and relaxed. It takes about 30-45 minutes for me to start feeling it so plan accordingly! I seriously hope they never stop making these. I’ve tried so many other “sleep” products and none of them make me relax like this one does.They come individually wrapped so it makes them easy for travel or sharing.If fx needs a rep please hire me 😆 because I can’t say enough good things about this product.

Finally, a sleep aid that actually works. I take it 1 hour before I retire - helps me sleep through the night.Best if taken on an empty stomach - does not work well if you take it after a big meal. The little square really works - several in my family use this and it works great. The chocolate is really tasty as well. Good Luck!

Prior to trying FX Chocolate’s Dream, I took 1mg Good Day Sleep chocolates before bed. Those worked pretty well, but I tried FX when Good Day sold out. Even breaking these in half (for about 1.5 mg of melatonin), the FX chocolates work insanely well. I fall asleep relatively fast and remain in a deep sleep all night. I’m floored by the efficacy. Also, these taste great (if you like dark chocolate)! I highly recommend.
