Very pleasant, not too spicy, taste.
Actually use it to make a salad dressing with goat yogurt, horseradish and (real) Wasabi powder. This spice adds a very pleasant background flavor. I experimented with a number of other spices and this was best. A little pricy but, to me, is worth it. Hope most of the proceeds go to people who make it.

Yummy!
Brings a real Indian flavor to many of my Americanized recipes, smells incredible really added a flavor dimension to Butter Chicken. Not for lovers of bland.

The difference between this spice and regular grocery store cumin is night and day. The flavor is amazing. I'll never buy another brand.

YUM!
I make a mix with olive oil, turmeric and this bebere spice, coat the chicken, skewer it and grill it. Delicious and the kids love it!

Delicious flavors merged perfectly.
I use Tumeric, Cumin, Corriander, Black Pepper amongst others as a rub for 30day aged organic pasture raised grass fed and finished beef ribeye. So I was already inclined to try this seaoning. Pleasantiy surprised with this fennel forward taste this added to my risoto dish. I even added some to a beef stew I spent 2hrs prepping, and 12hrs simmering. Tasted even more delicious the next day, after being left to absorb all the herbs, spices, seasonings, in the fridge overnight, and aus jus the stew meat had soaked in all night before adding everything into the crockpot, to cook. This added yet another delicious layer of flavor.

Very disappointed the jar was delivered broken.
I have ordered this product many times in the past. It is of the best quality and taste. I have bought other products from this company and been very pleased. I’m afraid now I may have to choose another brand.
