It’s worth it to spend the money… This thing is incredible… I take it up several hundred feet, it’s so stable, and take incredible 4K video that is blowing my friends minds! Very fast too. I can’t get over how it just hovers and doesn’t move even in a medium wind and it responds to your every move perfectly. While it’s in flight you can change the cameras settings to get the perfect lighting and it flies for 30 minutes easily!LOVE this little flying machine!

Ok first off this is a great priced drone. You get perfect pictures and videos. With that said I was having a blast with it flying it everywhere. This drone has all the bells and whistles a first timer could ask for. Not joking this is a great product. My only complaint is the first time it decided to fly how it wanted and not how I was controlling it was the last time I seen it. It thought it needed to go for a swim in a creek near my place. It worked fantastic for 5 flights with both batteries. I know I'm now pro at flying but I knew altitude up and down on left joystick. Forward up backwards down, real simple stuff rite? Well it was flying along just fine on the first battery, just took off 1 min ago and it drops slow while flying along my property and it keeps dropping then crash. It went swimming in this creek with tall grass and fast flowing water. With that said now I'm pissed off because there went 80.00 rite down the drain as they say. So here it is in a nutshell, warning do not fly drone near water, drone thinks it can swim as well as it flys.

For any review to be worthwhile, context on the reviewer is helpful. I am a middle aged male. I am an IT/IS Management professional. I don't play video games often. I definitely do not have the hand/controller/eye coordination of the younger generations. I am a do-it-yourself type who is mechanically inclined. I purchased this affordable drone to learn how to fly before spending $$$ on a more capable drone.PRO: Price, carrying case with cut foam inserts, two batteries, some automatic features, headless flight mode (a.k.a. no matter which way the drone is oriented on the horizontal axis, the controls will behave like a novice would expect)CON: Lightweight drone gets bucked in a breeze. Instruction manual is tiny and hard to read. Flight time is relatively short (expected in this size). The rotor arms are easily bumped out of position. Has brushed motors, so it is louder than I initially expected.In all honesty, this isn't the best drone out there. It's lightweight and gets bucked in the wind easily. The instruction manual is physically small. The text is hard to read without additional magnification. I definitely recommend searching YouTube for how-to videos on the drone controls and drone calibration. The camera isn't the best. To pair your mobile phone to the drone, you have to connect to the drone via Wi-FI. The drone has it's own Wi-FI mini router built in. When you're connected to the drone via Wi-FI, you sacrifice your internet connected WI-Fi connection.THAT BEING SAID...I'm a novice. My desire is to shoot some drone footage on my next vacation. I purchased this drone to learn how to fly a drone. If I crash it or break it, I'm not out hundreds of dollars. I went into it without unrealistic expectations. So far, it has been a great "gateway" learning tool.The controller works, but it doesn't have truly "fine" adjustments via the joysticks. There are fine controls on the "D" pad on the controller, but I haven't had enough stick time to evaluate the effectiveness of the fine controls. The auto takeoff feature is helpful. The auto land feature hasn't worked quite right for me yet (most likely operator error).There are three rotor speed settings available via the left shoulder button. I've only flown for any real amount of time in setting 1. I tried setting 2. The drone becomes faster, can fly higher, and becomes more sensitive to control input. I haven't tried setting 3 yet. I'm working to gain comfort flying at speed 1. The drone has some built in acrobatic routines (flips / rolls) via using combinations of the right stick and the right shoulder button. I haven't tried these out yet.The rotor blades are flexible and can withstand impact. If a rotor blade breaks, extra blades and the required tool are included with the drone package. Also included are rotor guard "bumpers". As a newbie, I can not overstate the value of the guard "bumpers".The drone does not have any on-board memory storage or memory card reader. To capture video, you must download and install the drone app onto your mobile device. Any pictures or videos are stored on your mobile device. The software app is obviously created by a non-native English speaker. I've only tested the still photo capture and a video capture via the mobile device app. I haven't attempted to use any of the mobile app flight controls yet, and I don't think I will.After I can achieve stable, safe flights with this drone, I will upgrade to a more expensive drone with better features, better control fidelity, better camera (gimbal and stabilized), ..etc.Hope this helps.

For the money I would say this is a very great beginning drone. My 11year old was able to take it out of the box an fly it indoor and outdoor with no experience. The thing really tiny but does what it needs to do for him. The camera is not the best quality and will have a 3sec delay from the camera to the screen on the phone just a heads up.
