how long does this nail glue last?

These were delivered as pictured, 3 unsealed bottles with no packaging. This is a against the law in every state. As shown in the highlighted picture, the bottle clearly states that the full warning and safety information is on the missing package. Without that there is no way to safely use this product. Not to mention the fact that without the full sealed packaging there is no way to even know what each bottle actually contains. There is no return on this product, so I have paid for something that is not only hazardous, but illegal as well.
