This is just what I needed for my puppy when I'm not home. The sound quality is good. It's very portable. A good value for the price.

We got a new dog from the animal shelter. Serious separation anxiety when crated. After a couple of weeks of not sleeping we had enough! To be fair, we tried several things at once - this, a thunder shirt and hemp chews. It has been miraculous. I’m not sure which thing or things did the trick but something did! Well worth the investment! Music is so soothing.

As far as functioning, this thing seems fine. The tunes it plays seem soothing enough to my human ears, and the mode where the device only turns on the music after a loud sound (such as a bark) seems sensible. My dog suffers from separation anxiety; at some point I'll set up a video camera so I can watch her while I'm away, and that should let me know if this product actually calms her.But of course, instead of spending $70 (Amazon price as of this writing) on this item, most people could just set up a playlist for their dog on a computer, phone, stereo or whatever. I've heard that dogs find country-western music soothing, and that sort of makes sense. It has human voices singing, but without the loudness and intensity found in most other genres. As long as your dog isn't upset by topics like infidelity, divorce and truck driving, it should work as well as anything for a calming effect.

I was looking for ways to make my pup more relaxed and comfortable when I was gone. I did some research and music is way to get them relaxed. This was a perfect find. With 3 stations for relaxing music. He seems to enjoy it and I haven’t had any complaints from my neighbors.

I really like this for the dogs while I am at work, but the buttons did not last very long. Volume control no longer works, but we can still toggle between songs so it’s ok. Sound is nice!

Too much money for 3 little tunes. I get tired of heading the same old tunes over and over.Otherwise like the product.

I ordered one of these it wouldn’t even turn on. The light didn’t ever come in for charging even after it had been plugged in for hours. They sent me a replacement the same thing happened. Returned both. Don’t get this product.

I leave it on for my dog when I am gone. She hates the noise of cars- so I think this helps her. :)
