The product description says dishwasher safe. I was still leary so I ran two of them through the dishwasher and of course they melted and are mis shaped now. Otherwise they are nice size containers just do not run them through the dishwasher.

Very good quality jars and tight sealing screw-top. Keeps cashews and pistachios fresh, and other similar foods, as good as the day the original package was opened.

These awesome plastic jars came in a sturdy box that is marked with the contents. The six jars are snug inside the box and none of the jars or lids were damaged! Each of the lids works well and these will be perfect for my use.I originally ordered glass jars to put together my "Bar in a Jar" gifts, but the mouth of the jar was too small and I wasn't really comfortable using glass for this purpose. After extensive hunting, I found these plastic jars and was super excited to see the nice, wide mouth of the jar! They are also a little taller than the glass jars, which will provide a little more room for the contents!If you are planning on putting a label on the lid, a 3" diameter would be perfect!As to creating a "Bar in a Jar" - add a few nips, a shot glass, some peanuts or pretzels and a couple of fireballs. It's the perfect gift for an office Yankee Swap.

Great for sealing my dogs soft treats in.

I purchased these containers as an alternate container for cat treats. They are small. The description says they hold 32oz. I'm guessing it's 32oz volume and not weight (see picture for comparison with 30oz Temptations cat treat container). The lids do not screw on well. The lids do seem to hold tight as one of our cats likes to knock the containers off whatever surface they are on (hence the reason for containers with screw on lids), but you have to be very careful when you are closing the lids to ensure they are lined up properly with the threads on the container to ensure the best seal.

I bought these for my wife’s Subaru Ascent, as she likes making salads to take for her lunch at work.These were exactly what she was looking for.They’re nicely made and are very sturdy.I highly recommend these storage containers. 😄
