I recently purchased the wheelchair for my dad, and I am happier with my decision. This wheelchair has truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, ease of use, and overall functionality.From the moment my dad started using it, I noticed how smooth and effortless the ride is. Using this product since Aug 1, 2023. It has been 2 months of use at the time of writing this review. First good points then bad points.Good point: Good quality water proof material for the seat and cover. The frame is sturdy, and does not shake on uneven floor, lifting up and over using hind foot pedal is very convenient and strong. Folding and unfolding is simple. Strong joints, hand grip for the helper is good quality. Wheel brakes on Hind wheels are strong, do not jam and easy to lock and unlock. Seat belt appears low quality, but is working fairly good and no problems noticed. The Hind wheels rotates easily and movement is fairly easy while sitting in the wheelchair.Bad points: front guide wheels (smaller wheels on front side) appear to be not properly attached. Within few weeks the front wheel joints started making cracking sound and eventually the right front wheel is slightly higher and does not touch the ground when nobody is sitting in the chair.Foot rest is an irritant. The flap Does not fold easily, does not open easily, requires considerable effort to move the flaps in and out of the way.Recommendation : very good buy for the price. Would have rated a lot better if the front wheel issues were not there. Foot rest Flaps are irritating but still manageable.

The product is good and price is afordable,easy to handle and Worth for this money.

A decent product but is quite heavy. Wish they could use lighter product which is also durable and hardy.Within weeks of operating one of thr wheels came off. Contacted the company and they rushed me a spare one at no cost.Overall it’s nice but is difficult to lift (when putting in the car) coz of its weight.

I am writing the product review only so that others do not suffer as i have suffered by buying this product from this manufacturer.I bought this product for my father who is a paralysed patient.Right from time i bought this product in february 2023 i have faced problems using this almost every month.Initially product delivered with one part broken as shared in pics, then later they sent the same by courier.There after there has been some or other problems being faced and worst thing is they dont have any after sales service support in mumbai, i had to run to local repair cycle shop to get the repairs done and spent thousands of rupees by now.The product is poor quality and as video uploaded the wheelchair is not any more usable.I bought this wheelchair for my father who is a paraylsed patient and he weights only 58 Kg, and with such issues it is risky for his life.There is no after sales service and last few days since the chair is now broken as parts just dropped due to poor product quality the welding has come out.I had to buy a new wheelchair from a local Medical shop .Have waited for last few days and it seems I will be forced to give this wheelchair to SCRAP.It is not advisable to Buy any product from them.I am writing this review so that others do not suffer as i have suffered for using this product for last seven months.
