Interesting shape, in a good way!
I've been using Pulsar x2v2 mini for about an year now. It's the only mouse that I found comfortable. I wanted try Xtrfy MZ1 or the Shroud because of the shape to see if I can get a better fit. I'm glad that I went with MZ1. According to the dimensions the Shroud is more wider than most mice. I'm not a fan of large mice, and yes I've used the superlight which I didn't like.My hand size is 18×10. I use relax claw. For some reason MZ1 has the tendency to make the hand into it's shape. In the photo the way I'm holding the mouse is not my usual way, but this mouse make the fingers straight, and makes it easy to grab the mouse by pushing the mouse towards the palm. The high back hump and the thumb goove play a big part of the grip. I prefer the high back shell than the lower shell that they provide. I can still slightly micro adjust with the fingers vertically even with the high hump.Buttons are way better than the x2v2 mini. Perfect tension and tactical feel from all the mice that I've used. Only issue is not getting able to adjust the dpi since every tuning is done on the mouse itself.I can highly recommend this if you want to try something new. But keep in mind it'll take sometime to get use to the mouse. Cheers!

Very good
Great mouse with an almost perfect shape. I ended up preferring the M8 but that was purely down to the way my fingers sit on the main buttons. The MZ1 locks your fingers into the grooves of the main buttons which I found uncomfortable after a while. Still I cant knock this mouse and recommend trying it.

Double-clicking issue
I only owned the mouse for about four months and it started double-clicking after about three months. It was double-clicking on all debounce settings, so even at 12ms.The shape is good, but the way I gripped it created a problem with where I held my ring finger. Sometimes, when I pressed down mouse 2, my ring finger would continue holding down mouse 2 after I had already let go with my middle finger.I would recommend this mouse if you have smaller hands, but obviously the double-clicking issue that some of them may have is not good. I refunded this mouse and bought an EGG OP18k.

Great gaming mouse with industry standard flaws.
Not much I can say to be honest the shape is great really good for claw grip users and finger tip too. I tend to hold it without it touching the base of my palm and just gripping it with fingers only. Sensor feels really crisp and sharp, pin point fluidity of movement no smoothing like some other sensors (owl eye sensor in my kone pure ultra although amazing feels sometimes too smooth). The big flaw that comes with basically all mice of this type is when the buttons are split apart from the main shell, and aren’t properly secured they will have annoying pre travel of the mouse click, sometimes post travel and almost always some kind of movement to the left and/or right. It’s really distracting when it’s not a simple on or off feel with other mice and it is also a concern over lifespan of the mouse as it will get worse with use. I understand some copies of the mice will have 0 pre travel and post travel as well as minimal left and right wobble but most won’t be perfect examples, like my copy of the mouse which has a better right click than left click.Final verdict it’s an amazing mouse that’d I’d happily use as my main because it feels amazing in games like csgo and valorant but as of writing this I found out about logitechs rerun of the G303 (which is now wireless!) I’ll be switching over to that mouse and seeing how it feels to use. Don’t get me wrong her the wire on the zy’s rail is phenomenally light and unobtrusive but when you could go wireless, why not? :)

It was great for a week!
Ok lets talk about the pros first. The mouse has an odd shape which some might hate but i loved it and the weight on it is amazing its in the lowers 60s. I felt that my aim was a lot better more crisp when i starting using this mouse and i was hitting a lot of crazy flick shots, also you can change the back of the mouse which is great since i really didn't like the original one.Cons. after a week the mouse started double clicking out of no where, i tried every fix there is still didn't help and its out of stock on Amazon so i can't get a replacement. I tried contacting XTRFY via Email, Twitter, their site and i still haven't got a reply from them. I did a bit of searching and i found so many threads about XTRFY mouses having issues after a few weeks or months, i'm guessing they don't have a decent quality control and they don't test them at all they just make them in China and send it over to the warehouses in the west. So note that before you buy it the mouse might stop working after a few months and XTRFY doesn't care.

Fingertip grip is king here
I really wasn't sure on the shape but I knew I had to try the mouse given who it was designed for.For reference I went from a Razer Viper Ultimate to this. I much much prefer this. In fact I thought I would want the higher hump back plate but it just got in the way.My aim has generally felt better and I'm tracking shots (FPS wise I play almost exclusively OW2) much easier. I'm fingertip grip and the lower back and smaller shape have really helped to stop the mouse getting in it's own way or rather in the way of my hand when moving.Honestly it's fantastic, with no bloating software (although that means no adjustments can be made to DPI settings, they're fixed numbers) usb c. If you're fingertip grip person, you'd be doing yourself a disservice not to give it a try.

So good that I bought the wireless version
Great mouse with an amazing shape! It fits my grip style perfectly and I haven’t had any QC issue in the year I’ve been using it.This mouse is different and has a very polarising shape, but it’s an amazing - so good that I even bought the wireless version as soon as it got released!

This is a game changer
How this mouse came into existence is worth some research. Many hours of analysis and design went into this mouse and I can say its a good mouse for the Claw grip and finger tip grippers. Wireless performance is flawless, No drivers needed all integrated into the mouse as well as customization features.A precision tool.
