Start getting that Gout Feeling later in the day - Took 2 tablets before bed and 2 tablets in the morning with couple cups of coffee and the swelling went away - It was a good counter attack to my gout - which was most likely caused by my Favorite Easter Ham in abundance !!

His loss I guess, I used it instead and I don't have gout issues. So, I am reviewing for its cleaning properties.First, I found it difficult to remember to take these on an empty stomach, but on the days where I did, I noticed a difference in my urine color as if it was cleaning something out.I am a pretty healthy eater and have no history of issues with Gout, my husband on the other hand comes from a family history of it and will suffer from it when he is eating really badly and sometimes when he is eating a lot of fatty red meats during Keto dieting. If I can get him to try this, I will update this review later.As for me, I thought it must have been successful in at least flushing out something with the cherries and it never hurts to get a little more Magnesium in the diet.

Have had these for just under three weeks, long enough for a limited test run. I have noticed no problems as far as upset stomachs or that sort of thing, nothing in particular stands out to even know I’m taking them — they seem to fit in transparently.I have had no specific tests for uric acid since taking these, but at least if that is your target, I found nothing disruptive in taking these.Bottle was sealed inside top, & expiration date (with time in the future to take the pills provided) was clearly marked on the bottom of the bottle as well as on the outside if the box it came in.The claimed number inside the bottle, was verified by a manual count.
