I've ordered this many times, a great product and something I want and need; why isn't it available now?

Nice and clean

The item is clearly supposed to have 10 BioPatch protective disks, but it arrived with a slightly torn box containing only 8 patches. A ripoff!

I use these for my job, but they have been hard to come by recently. The price was fairly close to what I knew they cost, so I was pretty happy
