Great little exercise balls
The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a substitute for a more expensive brand. These are great to lay on between your shoulder blades or under your sacrum. Definitely recommend. Looks like you could possibly inflate it more if you wanted.

Great for ballet dancers
These are great for getting better turnouts. My daughter learned about it from a ballet intensive. We opted for the bigger size and they're great.

Perfect for self massaging sore muscles
After a workout, I have back/hip pain and all the flexor exercises don't quite reach the target. These were recommended to me by a Physical Therapist and they are incredible! The balls are soft enough to not feel like rocks under your back, but hard enough to reach the deeper tissue. I use a yoga mat as my base, and then lie on top of the balls. The yoga mat offers another layer of bounce/give. I highly recommend them!

Used for therapy
I’m an occupational therapist and have been using this item almost daily with clients for upper extremity mobility exercises and weight bearing. It’s sturdy and easy to clean.

Quality
Will have to get a pump before I can use them as they weren’t fully inflated.

Recommended by physical therapist
My physical therapist recommended these Franklin balls to me. They help better than using tennis balls for doing fascia releases using the wall. They have a bit of give to them, but are still supportive enough to allow good movement.

Great tool for equestrians
Bought these to use under my seat bones for warming up and loosening up tight hips riding my horse, I’ve been enjoying adding them to my routine I think they help me sit deeper in the saddle and stretch out my legs before dressage work!

Ball Won't Hold Air
These were great for 5 weeks at my weekly pilates class. After 5 weeks one of the balls went flat and won't hold air longer than 6 hours. Anytime I want to use it, I have to pump it up and often the balls don't match in size. This is a terrible product for the price. My pilates teacher said she has had hers for years and never had to put air in them. Has the company slacked in manufacturing quality?
