The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using waterdrop dispenser for almost 3 years now. All I have to maintain was the filters. It’s been working perfectly fine so far. I am happy with my purchase and would like to recommend to everyone.

Can't live without it!
I can not live without my Waterdrop system. This filter lasted exactly a year before the unit notified me that it needed replacing. Considering how many water bottles I have avoided buying, it is well worth the price. If you are on the fence... DO IT!
